ProvanBuilt is a small boutique building company, providing both general construction contracting and project/construction management.

Expert in construction and project management of mid to high-end residential and commercial architectural work in Melbourne’s inner urban areas, ProvanBuilt also extends its services to the Mornington Peninsula region.

ProvanBuilt is by no means limited to architectural projects.   The team is also experienced in more traditional (non-architectural) styles of construction, encompassing traditional/period homes; apartment, retail and office fitout works; and maintenance or rejuvenation works etc.

Their experience and skillset enables them to play a small, large or fully inclusive part of the design and/or construction process.   ProvanBuilt can be your builder, your project manager or your complete project co-ordinator.

ProvanBuilt are registered Domestic Builders (Unlimited), and Commercial Builders (Limited – Low Rise).

Ian Provan has over 25 years of experience in architect driven construction, project management, and property development.   The combination of a University of Melbourne Bachelor of Building Degree, 6.5 years with Melbourne-based architectural developer Neometro, and a family full of related interests, led him to form ProvanBuilt in 2005.

The team consists of a comprehensive, yet carefully selected group of managers, leading hands, tradespeople, suppliers, and consultants.   Deliberate slow, and steady growth has enabled ProvanBuilt to assemble a team full of experience, confidence, respect, flexibility, and cordiality.
